Meet the Founder
Fredric Byarm, grew up in Camden, NJ attended Holy Name and Sacred Heart elementary schools and Center City Catholic middle school. Fredric and his six sisters were raised by his mother and grandmother and was looked out for by Ms. Robin, Ms. Vivian, Ms. Evie and the other women on his block in the 6th Street & Ferry Ave neighborhood. There is an old saying you can never go home again. “Why Not!”

Fredric A. Byarm
A veteran of thirty years’ experience within the food services industry, is a Six Sigma Black and Lean Six Sigma certified with a focus on Healthcare and manufacturing. Fredric is a the Founder of Invincible City, and Invincible City Farms, LLC Fredric is a Standing Member of the Board of Directors of Invincible City Inc, and acting interim Executive Director. Fredric is also a veteran of the Start-Up space having opened four restaurant operations prior to these ventures.

Alex brings his 23 years’ experience of Lourdes Health System and his time as CEO of the four CHE hospitals serving the New Jersey Market. These include Saint Michaels Medical Center Saint Francis Medical Center, Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County and Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center. Alex is one of the most brilliant leaders that I have met, he posses strategic and tactical business expertise.
A long-time entrepreneur and human resources consultant. Her human resources career has spanned from healthcare, manufacturing, finance to the arts. She has consulted with companies in multiple industries and her clients included: Philadelphia Orchestra, Keystone Mercy Health plan, Saint Barnabas Healthcare System, Clement Pappas & Evesham Capital Management. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she was Assistant Vice President, Compensation & HRIS Systems and Director of Compensation for several mid-sized & large organizations.
As Rosemari launched her small business advisory company, RHC Consulting, she discovered her passion for supporting other entrepreneurs, especially women, through their own business journey. As a result, she expanded her HR practice to include consulting to micro business operations, including pre-launch, startup and early stage growth.
Myeshia Arline Myeshia Arline was born, raised, and educated in Camden, NJ. She is a graduate of Rutgers University and Jameson School of Ministry and Theology. She worked in the Camden City School System as a classroom teacher, professional development facilitator and an Administrator. She has a certificate of Business Administration-Project Management as the focus, as well as training in QuickBooks software systems. She completed small business entrepreneur training with LAEDA in 2018. She also has experience as a business administrator in the area of procurement for local government agencies, i.e. the City of Camden, the City of Bridgeton, and the City of Long Branch. As a life-long Camden resident, Myeshia bring a wealth of “boots-on-the-ground perspective to our operations.
Vaughn is a Program Liaison who works with the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Human Services to develop and ensure prevention services that strengthen families, divert children from out of home care and support community based programming for children, youth, and families who may be at risk for abuse, neglect, or delinquency. Vaughn develops and implements prevention systems and standard training for contract service providers.
He is a “systems thinker” with the heart of a teacher and believes that teamwork makes the dream work. Vaughn applies his love of teaching in his role as a leadership coach and a technical trainer for his clients/service providers. Vaughn holds a bachelors of science in Social Science & criminal justice from Cheyney University.
